The course is set up to provide you with a different practice or inspiration every day for 30 days. You can follow the course daily or bunch the practices together at a time that suits your schedule. These are resources to support you rather than add another stress to your life. Some days there are longer practices and other days are rest days with a poem or video to give you inspiration.
