Do you think there is more to know about your menstrual cycle than you learnt at school?

Would you like to understand how your cycle is like a barometer for emotional and physical health? And how to improve those through easy, but profound self-care practices?

Is it time to make peace with your periods, understand why pre-menstrual tension happens, and even love your cycle? Yes, that’s possible!

This course will show you how cycle awareness can:

  • help you pace your energy through the whole month to avoid overwhelm and burnout
  • identify your unique emotional and behavioural patterns, and how to change unwanted ones
  • support you to work WITH your inner critic – that unkind voice in your head – and benefit from it
  • make you realise the importance of saying “no” and looking at decisions from different phases of the cycle
  • show where physical symptoms are happening and which practices to use to help
  • illuminate which parts of the cycle you feel more comfortable with and why you feel more sociable, sexy, and confident in some phases and not others
  • teach you to listen to your own intelligent body and know how to interpret her signals.

The course is set up to provide you with a different practice or inspiration every day for 30 days.  You can follow the course daily or bunch the practices together at a time that suits your schedule.  These are resources to support you rather than add another stress to your life.  Some days there are longer practices and other days are rest days with a poem or video to give you inspiration.

My aim is that by the end of the course you will have a toolbox full of practices that help you nourish your cycle.

Over the 30 days (and you will have ongoing access), you will have access to

Requirements

  • This course is suitable for anyone who has a menstrual cycle, whether it is regular or not, and whether you are on hormonal contraception or not. Please note that if you are on hormonal contraception, your cycle is controlled by synthetic hormones and so the emotional ups and downs of may be muted, but you will still benefit from all of the nourishing practices and learn a lot more about a menstrual cycle.

  • For those with a menstrual cycle (it does not need to be regular).
  • Also suitable for those in peri-menopause who wish to learn about their cycle before it ends.
  • Also suitable for mothers who wish to support their daughters with their cycles.
