In fact, it is perfectly normal. Because we are cyclical beings. And once we learn how different phases of the month work we can work with our cycle rather than against our cycle.

This is exactly what you will learn in this self-paced online course. Working with your cycle rather than against it is basically a mindfulness practice. We learn to listen in, observe and then be with our energy according to our nature.

You will learn how to practically work with your cycles on: When it’s most accommodating for those challenging conversations When to contemplate When to network The times where you might use the power of introspection and reflection. When you are oozing confidence and sensuality. Why you should change your exercise routine to flow with your cycle. And you’ll learn why – and how to work with changing phases. This is also what we practice in Ayurvedic medicine: listening to our body, our energy, the seasons and nature. YOU WILL LEARN: Menstrual cycle awareness and the different phases of your menstrual cycle which in itself is extremely healing and empowering. Ayurvedic Doshas in your cycle and in your period. The moon phases and the menstrual cycle. Hormonal changes. Energetic and self-care practices for each phase. Dive into how to actually track your cycle. What happens as our menstrual cycle changes and we transition through perimenopause to the wise woman stage of menopause. Support our cycle and perimenopause through Ayurvedic lifestyle and herbs. My favourite womb healing practises and self-care rituals of essential oils and Yoni steam. Yoga, meditations and breathing practices for our period and cyclical nature (over 3 1/2 hours of video instructions).
